I provide 1-2-1 integrative psychotherapy services in both face to face and remote formats, serving clients in South West London. My practice specialises in assisting individuals who are grappling with overwhelming stress and anxiety, navigating family and relationship conflicts, addressing issues related to disordered eating, coping with trauma and abuse, and fostering self-discovery, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I take an inclusive and diverse approach, welcoming individuals from various backgrounds and corners of the world into my practice.

1-2-1 Integrative Psychotherapy

Solution-focused Brief therapy

Ever heard of solution-focused therapy? This approach is a short and sweet way of tackling challenges, putting the focus on what's ahead rather than what's behind. If you have already done longer-term therapy, have a good awareness of yourself or if your issue is situational, then this approach is for you. I can help you channel your energy into achieving positive changes in the here and now or give you a sound-boarding to help navigate a short period of change. I'm here to help with a range of issues (but it is not limited to):

Managing Anxiety and Depression

Confidence and Assertive skills

Relationship issues

Work-related stress and burnout

In-Action Group Therapy

Welcome to in-action group therapy! To start with, I get it - sharing tough thoughts and feelings in a group might seem a bit uncomfortable, but trust me, it can work wonders for healing. Some of the most powerful moments in therapy I've seen, involve clients bringing their issues to life with the support of the group.

I lead hands-on workshops, diving into the world of embodied action. I know group experiences aren't always the best for people in life —whether it's was being part of a traumatic family upbringing, isolated in school, or confusing work dynamics. But I'm here to change that narrative and transform how you see being part of a group.

Currently, I'm hosting both full-day and half-day workshops in the London area, and more dates are in the works. If you want to be in the know about upcoming events, just drop me an email.
